Hjelp24 is the largest private health care provider in Norway and covers the entire chain of health care services

Hjelp24 is the largest private health care provider in Norway and covers the entire chain of health care services, including the following:

  • Preventive health
  • Treatment
  • Hospitals
  • Rehabilitation
  • Assessment of working conditions
  • Workplace surveys
  • Security alarms
  • Crisis management

With 700 employees and 40 local offices spread across the country, we provide health services for our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Hjelp24 has four business areas:

HMS (occupational health)
Respons (security alarms and emergency telephone services for municipalities)
NIMI (physical therapy, medical specialists, general practitioners, fitness center, hospital and rehabilitation)
Consulting (workplace surveys, development of work environment and leadership development)

Quality
Parts of our operations are ISO certified. We are in the process of obtaining ISO certification throughout the company. Hjelp24 has its own quality committee which meets monthly for evaluation and follow-up of reported cases. The quality committee is also involved in prevention measures and efforts related to quality enhancement.

As a subsidiary of insurance company Gjensidige Hjelp24 is subject to both internal audits and reviews by the compliance function of Gjensidige. Compliance involves a systematic and consistent monitoring to ensure proper compliance with laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, as well as reviews of guidelines and limits of authority of company directors and management.

Ethics and morality is an essential element of the business and should reflect mutual honesty and respect. Hjelp24’s decisions and actions will be guided by norms, values and ethical rules and be consistent with the general interpretation of the law and the position Hjelp24 has as a significant constituent of society. Our Code of ethics is approved by the Boards of Gjensidige and of Hjelp24.
